• Account data: email address, password hash (via Supabase Auth), profile and plan tier.
• Usage data: analyses run, credits used, clips generated, scheduling actions, and basic logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and debugging.
• Content you provide: uploaded video files, YouTube URLs, transcripts, AI-generated clip metadata, and rendered MP4 outputs stored on our servers for processing.
• Payment data: billing handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Social account tokens: when you connect YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram, we store OAuth tokens and related identifiers needed to publish on your behalf.

3. How we use data

We use your data to:

• Provide transcription, AI analysis, video rendering, and scheduled publishing.
• Manage your account, credits, and subscriptions.
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
• Send transactional emails (signup, password reset, billing) when applicable.

4. AI and third-party processors

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the Service, including:

• OpenAI — transcription (Whisper) and text analysis (GPT) on audio transcripts and prompts you trigger.
• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage where configured.
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Google — YouTube OAuth and YouTube Data API when you connect YouTube.
• TikTok — Login Kit and Content Posting API when you connect TikTok.
• Meta — Instagram/Facebook APIs when you connect Instagram Reels.
• Hosting (VPS) — video uploads and processing on our servers.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We choose vendors with industry-standard security practices.

5. TikTok Login Kit

If you connect TikTok, we receive authorization codes and access tokens from TikTok to identify your account and upload videos you schedule. We request scopes such as basic profile information and video upload. You can disconnect TikTok anytime from the Social page in the app; we will delete stored tokens for your account.

6. Retention

We retain account and analysis data while your account is active. Uploaded source videos may be deleted after processing or after a limited period to save storage. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some records may be kept where required for legal or billing purposes.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and encrypted storage where supported. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. 9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
